This script can be used for both a mail-to form and for taking credit card orders on-line. It can be used for secure transactions if you have access to a secure server. An email log saves all the email addresses and names of users that have emailed you via the form. The script features a preview screen so the user may check all their information before sending the order.

Ensures credit card numbers are keyed in correctly. Includes checks that the length is correct, the first four digits are within accepted ranges, the number passes the Mod 10 Checksum and that you accept the given type of card. Just to be clear, this process does not check with banks or credit card companies to see if the card number given is actually associated with a good account. It just checks to see if the number matches the expected format.
The Validator verifies the syntaxall 13 and 16 digit Visa Cards, 16 digit MasterCards, 16 digit Novus (Discover) cards, and 15 digit American Express cards.
