Description: Complete filemanager web application that allows you to have users set up free web space accounts on your iis server. It provides a web interface to delete/create files/directories. Edit text files, and open directories. If you install a third-party free upload component (2 dll's) on your server you get upload/any download text file capabilities. It was coded with security in mind.
