Description: The File Uploader will upload a file to your web space and keep a log in either a MySQL database or a text file of the files submitted. Place a simple form on your site and then post the information to a CGI that will handle uploading the file and adding the information to the datafile selected. If you have chosen MySQL you can easily create a page listing the files that have been submitted to your site.
