Description: Advertiser 4.0 has quite an extensive feature list. Although the program is relatively large when installed (approx 600K), it remains one of the easiest Perl programs to install and run on your web server. Most of the initial configuration is automatic, and that is probably Advertiser 4.0's greatest feature.
